Why don't I use makeup or fake eye lashes?

Howdy :) So I've not been updating bout my outings because I don't have my phone with me and it isn't convenient for me to take pics with my camera, and a blog without pics is just boring so I just decided to screw it & let everyone else do the pic taking! I'll just be the one posing!

So Pui Ee asked me yesterday, why don't I use make up and fake eyelashes? I answered 'there are two reasons'.

i) I don't need it yet.

I'm only 15, despite the breakouts I have, I do look okay and I have not reached the state where I need makeup to make myself look nice. There's a state in life where you'll just tell yourself 'okay I'm don't look as good as I used to do, I need make up'.

Yeah I do think I already look nice, I won't say I'm VERY pretty and shit. But I do know that I'm not ugly hence not needing makeup YET.

Hillary Duff
She looks pretty without makeup, and stunning without.
Does she need makeup to look nice? Not really.

Eva Mendes
Without the bronzer she looks gorgeous, but with the bronzer she looks HOT.

Well I'm not trying to saying everyone uses makeup because they're ugly. People like Eva & Hillary uses makeup to enhance their beauty! Sometimes I do too, with lipstick too.

And there's nothing wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with using makeup at 12, there's nothing wrong with not using makeup at 20, it just all depends on what you want.

ii) I don't want people to see me looking at my best all the time and when they do see how I look without makeup, they get scared away.

I would rate myself a 6/10, purely based on looks. And probably a 4/10 on body. So yeah I'm working on the body part..

Without makeup I'm at 6/10, and with makeup I'm a 7.5/10. When you're used to seeing me so pretty and shit, you tend to think I'm ugly when I'm not-so-pretty but still pretty. Get what I mean?

What I'm trying to say is, I don't want to set a standard for myself. Well maybe next time but not just yet.

You say, a lil eye liner or mascara or lipstick won't hurt! Yes it won't but truth to be told, I don't wanna makeup when I don't know how to. I wanna go for makeup classes and learn the right way to do it. I'm just too lazy to learn it from mags I guess.
