Farewell, PMR!

Gosh, I don't know where to begin with. First things first, hello :) I've not been updating regularly and I doubt anyone cares but I'll be blogging more frequently since PMR IS OVER!

MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!

How was PMR, you ask?

BI - EASY
BM - TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH
Maths - EASY but I made one mistake for paper 1 which caused depression..
Science - NOT EASY
Sejarah - EASY but I let myself down
Geo - EASY
KH - TOUGH

My advice to form2s? If you're the kind that can remember everything very quickly then enjoy for half a year and start studying two weeks before first trials which was what I did and I got 6A's for first trials, which isn't so good but it's not bad for someone who studies at the last min.

But if you're the type that absorbs everything VERY SLOWLY then please stop playing and start studying from January onwards.

For me, I studied 2 weeks before 1st trials. And when I say study, I mean learn form1,2,3 Geography in 2 weeks. No joke. I practically failed Geo during form 2 and I didn't know what banjaran titiwangsa or pentas benua is, yet I got into 3 Pi, go figure. I won't say that I've excellent results but boleh tahan lah.

1) Most importantly, study hard for your form 2 finals so you can get into a good class. Either Eta, Gamma or Pi. Not for glamor or anything but if you're in a good class, you'll be influence by the nerds and slowly become a nerd, example : Jennifer.

2) Go to a good tuition. Take tuition for Science & BM.

3) For me, I sticked these mini pink notes on my wall and it sorta helped for Geo & KH.

4) Take pics of whatever that you wanna memorize and take a look at it when you're free.

5) Don't stress yourself out, have fun :)

6) Realize that : Good results = more choices = choose whatever stream you want = got future = good college = good job = lucrative income = $$

7) Be like me, be kiasu. If I weren't kiasu, I probably won't give a shit about studying.

8) Don't burn midnight oil, it does NOT work.

9) Pray before every paper, lay hands on your paper and just pray.

10) Sufficient rest!

Oh ya, I'll be selling my reference book for a VERY low price and workbooks too. Note : I have not written anything on my workbooks so it's practically brand new. Just stay tune and I'll post pics of them here.

Nowadays I'm just utterly lazy to upload any pics here 'cause it take 3million years just to upload 5 photos so next time, but I'll try! Well so far my phone is great and I love love love the lomo app. It produces pretty pics like -

So go on, go get one! Mind you, get it from MALAYSIA, and not singapore or australia or some jungle. It's about the same price besides, it'll be much more convenient to service it in malaysia rather than flying to spore just to get it fixed.

Anyway, I have tonnes of things to do and I will make sure I update my blog as frequent as possible. Till then, stay tuned!

p/s : PMR is QUITE easy. But if I don't get straigth A's then it's hard :)
